Tables that fit everyone
Sixteen is the largest group a single guide can actually know by name, seat at one table, and move through a border without losing an hour. Past that, you're a tour. We don't run tours.
Curated small-group departures · est. since the long way round
No coaches of forty. No "join anytime." Each Reserved Route is a fixed departure with a hard seat limit booked by the seat, closed when it's full. When a counter hits zero, that's the trip, gone until next season.
The open board
Every price below covers the whole route internal transport, lodging, a resident guide, and the awkward logistics in between. You bring a bag.
The whole point
Sixteen is the largest group a single guide can actually know by name, seat at one table, and move through a border without losing an hour. Past that, you're a tour. We don't run tours.
Small lodges and family guesthouses can't absorb forty beds on a date. Capping the group is what lets us book the good rooms the ones that don't exist at scale.
When a counter says two seats, there are two. We don't reopen sold-out dates or quietly add a row. The limit on the screen is the limit on the ground.
Booking a seat
Each route runs a handful of fixed departures a year. Find one with seats left on the board above.
Reserve one to four seats. The counter drops the moment you confirm your spot is held, not negotiated.
Flights between stops, lodging, guide, transfers, permits. One itinerary lands in your inbox.
You arrive at the meeting point. Everything from there is already arranged and paid.
Most routes sell out. Drop your email and we'll tell you the moment a cancellation frees a place on a date you're watching.
